1. Monthly recurring membership
Standard online memberships are billed monthly and automatically renew until canceled. The recurring amount is the price shown for the selected partnership level and monthly listing volume at checkout.
2. Shared listing allowance
Included standard listing sessions are shared across participating agents in the enrolled office or team. Unused sessions reset at the end of each billing cycle and do not roll over.
3. Standard included listing
An included standard listing means professional residential photography for a home up to 2,500 sq. ft. within normal service and travel guidelines. Larger homes, acreage, ranches, commercial properties, multifamily, specialty projects and extended travel may require a surcharge or separate quote.
4. Listing Social Media Kit
Each covered standard listing includes up to three template-driven listing graphics: one Just Listed feed graphic, one Story/Reel cover, and one status graphic selected from Open House, Price Improvement, Under Contract, or Sold. Agent contact information and brokerage branding may be incorporated where appropriate. Additional status versions, alternate layouts, custom campaigns, carousels, flyers, advertising creative, one-off graphic-design requests and social-media posting or management are not included unless separately purchased or agreed in writing.
5. Overage
After the monthly listing allotment is used, additional qualifying standard residential listing sessions are $150 each unless a different written office agreement applies.
6. Agent-media benefits
Agent Brand Sessions and Office Content Days reset monthly, do not roll over, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for listing-session credits. Additional agents, locations, extensive retouching, events, long-form productions and specialty work may be priced separately.
7. Add-ons and member savings
Eligible upgrades and additional agent media may receive the member savings stated for the active plan. Eligibility depends on the service, project scope and service area.
8. Scheduling and delivery
Member offices receive priority access within available scheduling capacity. Standard delivery is typically 24–48 hours. Larger or specialty projects may require additional production time.
9. Plan changes and cancellation
Standard online memberships are month-to-month unless a separate written office agreement states otherwise. Plan changes can be coordinated for a future billing cycle. Cancellation stops future renewals; already-paid benefits remain available through the end of the current paid billing period.
10. Office responsibility
The brokerage or team controls which agents participate and how membership costs are allocated internally. Gary D Real Estate Photography manages the media services and membership usage, not the office’s internal agent reimbursement or fee structure.
